YAA DEVI , is a movement to support and encourage women empowerment trough dance. It is a confluence of culture, time tradition & creativity.

YAA DEVI, is a fascinating dance spectacle that invokes the beauty, compassion and power of the most celebrated female icons around the world in history, folklore and mythology, to an ensemble vocal of the YAA DEVI chants".

This performance brings together team of international dancers hailing from 4 countries: UK, Brazil, Sweden and India with the vibrancy of 6 dance styles, Kathak, Bharathanatyam, Kuchipudi, Odissi Yakshagana & Mayurbhanj chhau .

This recites stories from 4 countries, Yemanja - The sea goddess from Brazil, Kumari - The living goddess from Nepal, Diana - The Roman Forest goddess of Moon and Durga - The warrior goddess from India, and once in a lifetime experience. The production will display a breath-taking finale with the coming together of the three goddesses unleashing their ecstasy and ferocity whilst slaying demons through their mystical and physical prowess.

After the success of the last shows in Delhi, the grand finale of YAA DEVI- 2015 Tour of India, promoting Women Empowerment, will take place at the prestigious and beautiful venue of Bhahai Lotus temple on 10TH January 2015.
